It's been a couple of weeks and I haven't yet received my order.

International shipping can vary! Packages have reached customers from as little as one week to as long as six weeks. Please be patient! However, please don't hesitate to let me know if your package has yet to arrive.

My order has reached my country but tracking has stopped.

Unfortunately, tracking updates do stop once the package leaves Singapore and arrives in your country.

I waited longer than 6 weeks and my order never arrived.

Once the package has reached your country, it is no longer in my hands. I can give you a refund equivalent to the value of the purchased item, shipping not included. Otherwise, you will need to re-order. However, exceptions may apply. Feel free to message me any time.
